The Rome Quadriennale has reach his 15th edition. This is the most important italian exhibition dedicated to the new tendencies of contemporary art. This year the Quadriennale is returning to its historic seat, the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, where it will be held from June 19th until September 14th. On June 20-21 2008, the fourth S.I.GLA. National Congress will be held in Rome at Gemelli general Hospital. The Italian Society of Glaucoma (S.I.GLA) is a nonprofit affiliation with these intents:
- Encourage the diffusion of knowledge about glaucoma
- Support scientific research on this topic
- Organize courses and meetings on glaucoma
- Promote editorial activities and communicate to the public
