On October 2-5 Rome is going to introduce you to Romics, the annual appointment with the Comics and Animation Festival in Rome, an internation exhibition organized by “I Castelli Animati - International Animated film Festival” and Fiera di Roma.

This is Romics’ 8th edition, the confirmation that this event in Rome is really interesting for comics professionals and supporters. During its last edition Romics had two guest stars: Syd Mead, who cohoperated with the film director Ridley Scott during Blade Runner filmaking, and Sergio Staino, Bobo creator.

2008 Romics edition will celbrate the annivarsary of two famous comics characters: Tex e Ufo Robot!

Tex is the most relevant Italian comics character and this is its 60th anniversary, while Ufo Robot - Goldrake is a Japanese cartoon of the ’80s which celebrates its first 30 years.

Thanks to the Cosplay Romics Award you could actively participate to the Romics and feel like one of the comics protagonists.

The Romics esposition is settled at the Nuova Fiera di Roma, easy to be reached from every part of the city of Rome.
