A virtual walk in the ancient Rome at Museum of Roman Culture

Until March 1th the Museum of Roman Culture is going to host the exhibition “The star is drawin. A stroll with Gilles Chaillet amongst signs and drawings through the Rome of the Caesars”, organized by Vivalibri.
In the rooms can be admired 20 originals drawings by Gilles Chaillet, loaned by Archaeological Musem of Arles. Visiting the exhibition is a virtual walk in the ancient Rome, in all its details, building by building.
Sunsequently the visitor explores the spectacular and famous model of the city of Rome, realized by Italo Gismondi. There are a lot of multi-media stations with virtual visits, videos and descriptions on monuments.
The exhibition is opened by Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The entrance ticket is 6,50 € and permicts the complete visit of Museum of Roman Culture, with its 59 sections and more than 12000 square metres of expositions.
