Centenary of Palma Bucarelli to the National Gallery of Modern Art in Rome

Until 1st November the National Gallery of Modern Art in Rome hosts an exhibition of 150 operas to remember the centenary of Palma Bucarelli.

The exhibition is organized by Mariastella Margozzi in honour of Palma Bucarelli, manageress and overseer Valle Giulia Gallery from1942 to 1975. Palma Bucarelli, in her 34 years of activity care of GNAM, has always supported the promotion of italian and foreign art.
The review, entitled “Palma Bucarelli. Il museo come avanguardia”, is divided in 7 sections dedicated to Palma Bucarelli to testify her care in the continous research of famous personalities of the artistic, italian and international world. 
Through the exhibition of 150 operas of Palma Bucarelli, the National Gallery of Modern Art offers the portrait of a beautiful woman, with a strong character, very important for the artistic history of Rome.
