On the 23rd of October, at the dance halls of  Brancaccio Palace, one of the most magnificent location of the capital Rome, will take place the  Great Viennese cotillion ball.

The Great Viennese Cotillion ball it is the most long-awaited Gala event of the year, it is organized in collaboration with the municipality of Vienna and with the participation of  Your Excellency the Ambassador of Austria E. Christian Berlakovits in Italy.

This special event is also twin of an other famous event the Opernball, The Dance of the Opera of Vienna.

Brancaccio Palace, is the wonderful location built on the ancient  roman walls of the Oppio hill, it is the last palace of the patrician Rome.

All the young ladies wait for the Great Viennese Cotillion, this is a special occasion to live and feel the great emotions and the values of the dance of Vienna of the nineteenth century, a unique experience to live a one night-long dream!

Thanks to this fantastic historical recurrence, the Great Viennese Cotillion, all the young ladies from the age of 16 up to the age of 23  could live one of the most unforgettable night dancing their first Waltz, going with their army officer partner as real Princess.

During the evening  the best dancing partners will have the privilege to symbolize Italy at the Opernball of Vienna.

The Great Viennese Cotillion offers to the participants, included in the price of registration fee, the haute couture dress, tiara, flowers and carnet, make-up and hair styling for the evening, the Gala dinner, dance, bon ton, posture and basic make-up lessons.

The aim of the event this year is to give the proceeds of the evening to support the “Insieme per l’Abruzzo” project, in order to contribute to the realization of a new playroom inside of the paediatric ward of the hospital of Aquila city.
