From 11th February 2010 at the Teatro Brancaccio in Rome is on the musical We Will Rock You, blockbuster entertainment around the world, that after Milan is enjoying huge success in the capital.
Designed by Queen, in 7 years We Will Rock You has collected a resounding success in Britain and in the 14 countries where it has so far been represented. Written and directed by Ben Elton in collaboration with the historic components of the Queen’s Brian May and Roger Taylor, includes 24 of the major successes of the famous band led by Freddie Mercury.
We Will Rock You – The Musical is set in the distant future, in the place once called Earth has now become Planet Mall, overwhelmed by globalization. On this planet the rock is banned and its followers are forced to live in hiding. The only hope of escape from this situation is in the hands of the Bohemians, young rebels who still believe in rock and roll, and especially in freedom.
