Along the Tevere…Roma, starts again

Reached its eighth edition, Lungo il Tevere…Roma is the traditional music festival, culture and fun that animates the roman summer nights from June until the 29th of August, between Ponte Sisto and Ponte Palatino.
Every year Lungo il Tevere…Roma, enlivens the capitolines evenings with events of various kinds.
The edition of 2010 provides a rich and various calendar events, that spaces from cinema to exhibitions, from cabaret to the “history lessons, live music, in addition to traditional pop music, even jazz and classical music.
The path along the river is divided into three areas: the shopping area for those wishing to stroll among the stalls of crafts, clothing, and various objects, the dining area, for a drink after work with friends, or dinner together along the river at reasonable prices, and the area of culture and entertainment where the events scheduled will alternate.
Two stages are set up for all events: the Stage “PICCOLO TEATRO DEL BELLI” at Ponte Garibaldi, and the “Spazio MARSILI INIZIATIVE “at Ponte Cestio.
The 2010 edition of Lungo il Tevere … Roma, while maintaining the cutting of the popular event, it is proposed this year to offer a quality product through cultural events, exhibitions, photographic exhibitions and meetings with writers, directors, senior figures of cultural’s and entertainment’s context.
Every evening from 18.00 onwards, the banks of the Tiber enliven themselves to offer moments of entertainment, recreation, shopping, and entertainment. All the initiatives are completely free and open to all.
