Events in Rome for the New Year’s Eve

A lot of appointments are scheduled in Rome on 31st December 2009, in order to welcome the new year.
The most important event is the big concert in Via dei Fori Imperiali, that will have Antonello Venditti as guest star. On the stage before him, the Zeroassoluto.
As tradition, the Teatro Nazionale will host the Schiaccianoci Ballet, while the Teatro dell’Opera will present La Traviata, directed by the famous Franco Zeffirelli.
Moreover The Sala Santa Cecilia in the Auditorium Parco della Musica will host the Rev. Jessy Dixon and The Chicago Gospel Singers’ concert.
In Villa Celimontana it will be the Sarah Jane Morris’ concert, while the X Municipio will celebrate with Brusco and 99 Posse, that will play on the Cinecittà Campus’ stage.
