Gran Carnevale Romano: an historical tradition find again

On 14th February 2010, in via Tiburtina, a famous street of Rome, it will be on the 8th edition of Gran Carnevale Romano (Great Roman Carnival).
Via Tiburtina will be trasformed in a huge traffic island of 30.000 square meters, in which there will be allegoric parade, masks, and where is going to be set up a market with handicraft works, little collecting, antiques, and typical products.
The Gran Carnevale Romano intends to find again a great lost roman tradition, when the carnival of Rome was a very famous event in all the Europe.
