Eat-Alia 2009 wine and food in Rome

From the 5th December until the 7th December 2009, Palazzo Rospigliosi in Rome will host the second edition of Eat-Alia, the wine and food event of the italian excellence.
Thanks to the great success of the last Eat-Alia edition, this event comes back for the second edition mixing and exalting the typical products of the regional italian traditions.
The 2009 edition will take place in the prestigious location of Palazzo Rospigliosi in Rome.
Eat-Alia also this year will focus on the tasting of food and wine and will offer a direct link with the producer companies and the local operator.
Eat-Alia is a wine and food commercial event who offers his partecipants quality, culture, traditions, art and music.
Eat-Alia offers to the public the opportunity to attend short base tasting courses, taste laboratory, conventions and debates about the right intake of wine combined with food.
On Saturday the 5th and on Sunday the 6th of December 2009 Eat-Alia will be open to the public of fun.
On Monday the 7th of December Eat-Alia will be exclusively open to dealers, retailers and field experts, in order to create a special B2B meeting moment.
Sandro Sangiorgi, the magazine director of the wine and food culture magazine Porthos, will be the special guest of this tasting event who closes the meeting.
